Yoga Ceremony is my signature class, it’s about consciously using yoga in a ceremonial way for the inner work and energetic connections.

Yoga Ceremony is a connected journey as medicine. We awaken through conscious movement, direct energetics, powerful breath work, and meditative sound. Each session is approached with reverence for our bodies as cosmic temples, allowing us to honor and listen to the inner space. Yoga Ceremony will always close with a meditative sound bath; soothe your nervous system and ground your soul.
