Intuitive Wellness empowers you to become your own guide on the journey to self-discovery. Through personalized one-on-one sessions, I will support you in cultivating self-awareness, enabling you to tap into your innate intuition and respond intuitively to your body's needs.   • Through the simplicity of sound there is a great expanse. I cannot explain what unfolds in a sound journey. Each experience is unique. What I can share is that through sound there is a very sensitive channel. When you receive sound the human being that is channeling the frequencies plays a part in the whole.

    Through years of spiritual work and a lifetime as an artist my channel is a lovely one. People often ask why all sound journeys are not the same. Besides my years of training of sound with the teacher of Ayahuasca I have guides with me that help transcribe everything that is needed.

    The sound journeys I share are not one specific instrument but rather a full experience with layers including my own voice.

  • Often it can be a simple conversation or someone deeply listening. Part of my work is helping guide people on their Journey. It might be in becoming a mother, remembering spiritual gifts, ultimately it is always about a connection to our soul.

    With deep listening we can move mountains. Merging nuances of Theta Healing and my own specific set of skills I am here to listen and reflect.

    This is not a therapy session , it is an enlightening connection to keep you on your path.

  • Subconscious collage is an intuitive art form that opens creativity and taps into the depths of the subconscious mind, allowing hidden thoughts, emotions, and symbols to emerge visually. The process begins with a grounding meditation and a hand-to-heart activation, setting a receptive and open state. Through the spontaneous layering of images, textures, and colors, the artist bypasses conscious judgment, creating a piece that reflects inner worlds and uncovers insights. This meditative and revelatory practice provides a powerful path for self-discovery and authentic expression.

  • Yoga is more than just movement, it is a way to tap into multidimensional realms, expanding and collapsing timelines. Know that each posture holds wisdom as your body comes into sacred geometrical form with the universe. You can source from masters through the linage of this practice.

  • Kriya Yoga is a spiritual practice that involves a set of advanced meditation techniques designed to accelerate spiritual growth and bring about higher states of consciousness. It involves specific breath patterns linked with movement and sometimes specific mantras. I recommend a foundation in a steady breath practice of Ujjayi breath before I begin sharing Kriya practices.

    What I have found through my years, and as Ayurveda teaches us, "everything can be medicine or poison"; we have to be aware of how much we take. This includes breath, as breath practices can be very potent.

    Working with Kriya, we will rise kundalini energy. I prefer to coax kundalini energy as opposed to overdosing and spiking to a high that will have repercussions.

    Kriya Yoga was popularized in the West by Paramahansa Yogananda, an Indian yogi and guru, through his book "Autobiography of a Yogi." I've had the honor of studying through tantric Kriya work as well as Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a teaching channeled by Yogi Bhajan, whose gift was pulling from several lineages of yoga and creating a cut-and-paste system that all can access.

    Through my 24 years of yogic studies and energetics, I access multiple systems to bring you a unique code specific to the here and now and you.

  • Rituals allow a space to be awakened with deeper intention. You will feel the undeniable increase in energy as you connect through ritual. I will guide you through a specific ritual that you can repeat and practice on your own. Eventually this practice brings a more expansive space into your life as ceremonial.

  • Art is a tool to tap into our creative life force as well as the subconscious mind. Through art we are able to look at things from a different perspective.

    I was born an artist sitting with teachers from my youth. My first teacher was my father who taught me through a book by Ed Emberly that was all about drawing from a circle divide. At the age of 11 I began sitting with Peter Olsen, a artist who he himself was a spiritual man painting the revelations. Overtime I found myself tuning into practices of energy and now I am able to merge the two worlds and help others expand through these mediums.

  • For some clients there is sometimes a need for a look at the way their body moves to connect and rewire the system.

    This look at alignment is connected to yoga movement and the way we move in general. We will reestablish form and look at the micro spaces which then you can take with you back onto your mat for your daily practice.
